Shipment Restrictions
We do not handle prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to:
- Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, or radioactive).
- Perishable goods.
- Illegal substances or items.
It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the shipment complies with the destination country’s customs regulations.
Packaging and Pickup
- Free packaging services are provided for all shipments, except for bubble-wrapped items.
- Free pickup is available within designated areas; additional charges may apply for out-of-coverage locations.
Liability and Insurance
- Galaxy Couriers is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, customs clearance issues, or carrier delays.
- Insurance for shipments is optional and must be requested at the time of booking. Without insurance, liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value or the carrier’s policy.
Customs and Duties
- All international shipments are subject to customs clearance.
- The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional fees at the destination.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be requested before the shipment is dispatched.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per the policy of the courier partner handling the shipment.
